Validation Study of Service Quality Scale Nursing Homes

Abstract
This study of nursing homes on the needs of service users and family reconstruction. Andnursing homes to examine whether the quality of service must be managed under the premisethat the quality of service nersing homes to determine its own development model. Existingstudies related to nursing homes and most of the SERVQUAL and SERVPERF, BSC, DEAmodel as it applies to domestic and pose to be a problem. Therefore, to measure the qualityensure the validity of a measure of service quality nursing homes to develop. The result of thisstudy, First, the development of the exploratory factor analysis of 42 items that are eight factors36 questions in the elderly care service quality scale was developed. Second, to determine thefactor structure of the model fit to the confirmatory factor analysis of significant results wereidentified. Third, fitness and sub-factors are identified eight questions to verify the agreementbetween the internal reliability was confirmed. Fourth, the reliability of tested to confirm thevalidity of the model was carried out convergence validity as a result AV, CR, SRW values. Inthis study were secured in nursing homes to ensure quality of service validity measure to increasethe applicability of the scale that is empirically proven.
